1. Fulfillment Timeline Overview

• Production Time (5–7 Business Days): Every item is custom printed, assembled, and quality-checked before dispatch. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays enter the production queue the following business day.

• Shipping Transit Time: The duration required for the carrier to transport your package from our production facility to your designated delivery address.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable postal carriers and express freight networks (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Note: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, item count, and delivery destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been manufactured, packaged, and handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and direct carrier link.

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to update within the carrier’s system.

• You can track the progress of your shipment directly using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

4. Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

• Address Verification: Please review and confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient details (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers).

• Modification Window: Because orders are sent to our automated production facility rapidly, address changes or order cancellations can only be accommodated within 6 to 12 hours of placing your order.

• Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs once a corrected address is provided.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Tariffs

For orders shipped outside the United States:

• Products are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise specified at checkout.

• Customs policies, import duties, VAT, and local handling fees vary widely by country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

• Donatran Shop is not responsible for shipment delays caused by international customs clearance procedures or local regulatory inspections.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• Delays: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or postal service disruptions beyond our control.

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged or items are defective upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days past the expected delivery date, contact our customer support team so we can initiate a trace with the carrier and issue a replacement.
