1. Accepted Payment Methods

Donatran Shop provides a secure checkout experience using industry-standard encrypted gateways. We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Major Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

  • Digital Wallets & Third-Party Processors: PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available during checkout).

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank wire transfers, money orders, personal checks, or layaway plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase before custom manufacturing begins.

2. Currency and Pricing

  • Display Currency: All prices shown on our website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly indicated otherwise via an active multi-currency selector.

  • Exchange Rates & Foreign Transaction Fees: If your bank account or payment card operates in a currency other than USD, your financial institution will calculate the total conversion rate and may apply currency exchange or international transaction fees. Donatran Shop does not set, control, or receive these bank-administered fees.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our print-on-demand products are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Once an order confirmation has been issued, the price paid for that specific transaction remains fixed.

3. Order Authorization and Payment Processing

  • Immediate Charge: Because our items are custom print-on-demand goods manufactured individually upon order, your payment method will be charged immediately upon order completion at checkout.

  • Verification & Security Checks: All transactions undergo automated fraud screenings. If our payment processors flag an order as high-risk, incomplete, or potentially unauthorized, we reserve the right to request identity verification or cancel and refund the transaction to protect cardholders.

  • Payment Accuracy: You agree to provide valid, up-to-date, and accurate billing details (including cardholder name, billing address matching your bank statement, and valid CVV). If a transaction cannot be processed, your order will not be sent to our production queue.

4. Sales Tax and Import Duties

  • US Domestic Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state nexus and marketplace facilitator regulations.

  • International Taxes, VAT, and Customs: For orders shipped outside the United States, purchases are delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for any import tariffs, customs clearance fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by local tax authorities upon arrival.

5. Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

Our fulfillment center utilizes automated systems that send print files into production shortly after checkout:

  • Edit / Cancellation Window: You may request address changes, size/color adjustments, or a complete order cancellation within 6 to 12 hours of submitting your purchase.

  • Post-Window Production: Once an order is transferred to printing, cutting, or embroidery stages (after the 6–12 hour window), it can no longer be modified, canceled, or refunded as an accidental purchase.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Refund Execution: Approved refunds (for verified defective, damaged, or misprinted items in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy) are credited back exclusively to the original payment method.

  • Settlement Time: Once issued by our support team, refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s banking clearance schedules.

  • Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks: If you experience any issues with your delivery or product quality, please contact our support team at [email protected] first. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without prior communication may delay resolution and freeze your account access for future purchases.
