All apparel, accessories, home decor, and other items sold on Donatran Shop are custom-manufactured upon receipt of your order:

• Custom Production: Products are not pulled from a pre-manufactured stock inventory; each item is printed, cut, sewn, or assembled specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

• Production Timeframe: Standard manufacturing and quality inspection typically take 5 to 7 business days prior to shipping dispatch.

• Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, mockups, design sizing, and textures of our products accurately. However, because display monitors and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% identical to the finished physical product. Slight placement variations within industry tolerance (typically within 1 inch) are standard in on-demand textile printing.

3. Order Placement, Modifications, and Cancellations

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or fraud detection flags.

• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because all goods are custom printed on demand, modifications (e.g., size, color, design, shipping address) or cancellations are only permitted within 6 to 12 hours of order placement. Once an order enters our automated fulfillment and production queue, it cannot be canceled, redirected, or altered.

• Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

• Payment Processing: We accept major credit/debit cards and supported third-party payment gateways displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the designated payment method.

  • Domestic US (Express/Priority): 5 to 7 business days.

  • International (Standard): 10 to 20 business days.

  • International (Express): 7 to 10 business days.

• Carrier Delays & Force Majeure: Donatran Shop is not liable for transit delays caused by severe weather conditions, customs bottlenecks, postal strikes, holiday volume surges, or inaccurate delivery addresses provided at checkout.

• Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

6. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for customer ordering errors (e.g., ordering the incorrect size, choosing the wrong design, or customer remorse).

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise. If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, or if the product differs substantially from your order confirmation:
